Q: How do I log in?

Follow the login link on the top right corner and use your username and password to log in. Once you are logged in, you will automatically be able to access all the JACC journals, without having to log in again.

Q: What is my username or password?

Your username and passwords are the same as your member username and password.

Q: I’m an ACC member, and I can’t log in.

ACC members with journal entitlements can log in and gain access with the same username and password that you use to log into the site. As with the website, logins and passwords are case-sensitive.
However, if you have entered your credentials multiple times and still cannot gain access, the system may lock you out for 20 minutes as a security measure. When you are locked out, instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to your email on file. You can then either change your password following the instructions; contact the Resource Center at 1-800-253-4636 ext. 5603 (US & Canada) or 202-375-6000 ext. 5603 (Outside of the US & Canada) to release the account lock; or wait until the 20 minute lockout period has expired to attempt to log in again.

Q: Do I have to log into every journal?

JACC Journals provide Single Sign On feature across journals and If you are logged into, when you follow the login link, you will automatically be able to access all the JACC journals, without having to log in again.

Q: Why do I see lock signs on the article title, figures, multimedia content or topic collection pages?

The lock icon indicates protecteded content that is only available for ACC members. Please use the login link on the top right menu to gain access to this content.

Q: What if I don’t have an account?

All ACC members have an account and should contact the ACC at 1-800-253-4636 or for help to obtain his/her account information. Nonmembers can create a free account that will allow you to sign-up to receive weekly JACC alerts (eTOCS) for the table of contents and for articles in press.

Q: How do I log out of

Q: I am not a member of the ACC; can I obtain free access to articles?

Yes, all content that is published for more than one year becomes available for free. All open access articles and ACC guidelines and clinical documents are always free. Also all manuscript abstracts are free. However, you need to be a subscriber to access the full/latest articles.

Q: How do I sign-up for an electronic Table of Contents alert (eTOC)?

The electronic table of contents (eTOC) service allows anyone who registers on to set up email notification when new content publishes online. You may choose to receive eTOC alerts for any or all of the JACC family of journals. Subscribe to new content alerts or update your alert preferences (for existing subscribers).
